Here at A & I Creations we would like to make you aware that all of our keepsake/memory items can NOT be CE tested, therefore they are for display purposes only.
We try our utmost to package your items well to protect them from any unforeseen damage during delivery, if your item arrives damaged we ask for you to contact us within 24hrs, we may even ask for photo evidence so that we can claim back from our couriers.
We can not offer exchanges or refunds on our personalised items, we will send photo evidence to the details provided before we send out to you, if your item isn’t personalised we will try our very best to exchange or refund once the item is sent back to us, the return p&p of any item will be at buyers costs.
Please note due to the nature of working with a lot of different fabrics your item may not be a replica image of the photos on website/social media, we use the same patterns but the variations of fabric may make your item differ to other examples. we love that everyone is slightly different as it makes your item unique, Please be aware of this before placing your order
All items will be sent to the delivery address provided, we will not be held responsible it these details are incorrect so please double check.
Our lead times are between 6-8 weeks for our keepsake/memory items, unless this is discussed prior to your order. we ask for you to send your clothing promptly after placing your order so that the lead time can be met, failing to do this we will not be held responsible for late lead times.
We love to share photographs of our creations on our social media but we also feel very strongly about getting the permission to do so, we understand the delicate nature of our creation when it comes to lost loved ones clothing so please let us know if you would like to keep your items private.
